How many Facebook Pages can be linked with the purchase of an advanced plan?

When purchasing the advanced plan, each plan is project-based, and one project can only be linked to a single Facebook Page. Both the free and advanced plans allow each project to be linked to only one Facebook Page.

How can I purchase the advanced plan after the 30-day free trial ends?

To purchase a chatbot plan: You can select and purchase your desired plan and make the payment in the ”Settings“ page.

How is the advanced plan billed?

You will be billed based on the plan you purchase. Monthly plans will be charged on a monthly basis, while annual plans will be charged yearly. Regardless of whether you choose a monthly or annual plan, the system is set to automatically renew and charge when the paid plan expires.

Billing scenarios:
If the initial payment is made on January 29, the next payment will be on the last day of February, with subsequent payments on the 29th of each month.
If the initial payment is made on January 30, the next payment will be on the last day of February, with subsequent payments on the 30th of each month.
If the initial payment is made on January 31, the next payment will be on the last day of February, with subsequent payments on the last day of each month (e.g., 2/28, 3/31, 4/30, etc.).
Annual billing: If the payment is made on February 29, 2024, the next payment will be due on February 28, 2025.

What payment methods are available for the advanced plan?

Whether you choose a monthly or annual plan, we only offer online credit card payments.

Can I cancel the automatic renewal of the advanced plan at any time?

Yes, you can cancel the automatic renewal by clicking on the 'Cancel Plan' option in the 'Settings' page.

Can I enter a title and tax ID when purchasing the advanced plan?

Yes, you can. During the purchase process, in the second step of the payment flow, you can select 'Business Payment' and enter the title and tax ID information.

Will the advanced plan be activated immediately after purchase?

The advanced plan will be activated immediately after purchase, allowing you to use all the features it offers right away.

Does the GoSky AI Chatbot platform support Line, Instagram, SMS, and other platforms?

GoSky AI Chatbot Platform currently only supports Facebook, but GoSky offers other products that support services on additional platforms. Please feel free to contact us for personalized assistance.

Can I purchase the advanced plan for multiple projects (Facebook Pages) at once?

Currently, you can only pay for each project individually. If you would like to make a bulk purchase, please contact GoSky, and we will have a specialist assist you.

Can I get a refund after purchasing the advanced plan?

If you terminate your subscription to the GoSky Chatbot service within 30 days of activation or renewal, we do not offer refunds, and you must pay for the initial 30-day subscription. However, you will not be charged for the remaining period of the terminated subscription.
If you cancel the GoSky Chatbot service at any other time within the subscription period, you will be required to pay for the remaining duration, and no refunds will be issued.
If you do not wish to continue paying for the advanced plan, please go to the 'Settings' page to cancel your current plan and stop the next payment.

Can I use a foreign credit card to purchase the advanced plan?

If the foreign credit card does not support 3D verification, it cannot be used for purchase (the payment will fail). Currently, we do not support credit cards without 3D verification.
