We offer an automated comment reply feature (comment auto‐reply) that lets you use the bot to handle and customize your post comments automatically. However, only public replies are supported right now, since Threads does not provide a private messaging function.
Our advanced plans are organized by “project,” and each project can only be linked to a single Threads account. This applies to both the free trial and advanced plans—each project is limited to one Threads account.
To buy a chatbot plan, go to the Settings page. From there, select the plan you want and proceed with the purchase and payment.
Once you reach the free trial’s limit, your account enters View Mode. In this mode, you cannot:
- Edit any automated comment reply settings
- Publish any automated comment replies
- Download customer data
The plan’s cost depends on your chosen billing cycle: monthly plans are charged monthly, and annual plans are charged annually. If you start on a free trial (with limits based on the number of users or cases) and later switch to a paid plan, the system is set to automatically renew your subscription once it expires.
Billing Scenario Examples
- If you purchase a plan on January 29, billing for February will occur on the last day of the month (Feb. 28), and subsequent months will be billed on the 29th.
- If you purchase a plan on January 30, billing for February will occur on the last day of the month (Feb. 28), and subsequent months will be billed on the 30th.
- If you purchase a plan on January 31, billing for February will occur on the last day of the month (Feb. 28), and for all following months on their final day (3/31, 4/30, 5/31, 6/30, etc.).
- Annual Plans: For example, if you purchase on February 29, 2024, your next billing date will be February 28, 2025.
Currently, each project requires its own separate plan and payment. If you’d like to buy multiple plans in one go, please contact GoSky—we’ll be happy to arrange a dedicated service representative for you.
If you cancel your GoSky AI Chatbot service within 30 days of placing an order, we do not offer refunds, and you must pay for the remaining 30 days of that billing period. If you cancel after 30 days or at any other time before your current plan period ends, you must still pay for the remainder of that billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be provided.If you no longer wish to continue with an advanced plan, please go to Settings and cancel your plan to stop billing after the current cycle.
Whether monthly or annual, we only accept credit card online payments.
Yes. If you want to disable automatic renewal, go to Settings and cancel your current plan.
Yes. Your plan is activated as soon as your purchase is complete, and your trial plan will switch over to a paid plan right away.
