You can follow these steps to purchase the Instagram Chatbot Advanced Plan:

2️⃣ Go to the Billing and click Upgrade.
3️⃣ After clicking Upgrade, select your preferred plan and proceed with the payment.
These situations may be due to the following reasons:
1. You may have exceeded the 500 free automated replies for the free trial and haven't upgraded to a premium plan
2. Your Instagram account is not an Instagram Business account:
According to Meta, currently only Instagram Business accounts can use chatbot services, so if you plan to use Instagram Chatbot, you need to convert your Instagram to a business account (How to Switch to Business Account Tutorial)
Each Advanced Plan can be used for one Instagram account only. If you have multiple Instagram accounts, you will need to purchase multiple Advanced Plans to accommodate them. (How to link an account?)
The plan’s cost depends on your chosen billing cycle: monthly plans are charged monthly, and annual plans are charged annually. If you start on a free trial (with limits based on the number of users or cases) and later switch to a paid plan, the system is set to automatically renew your subscription once it expires.
Billing Scenario Examples
- If you purchase a plan on January 29, billing for February will occur on the last day of the month (Feb. 28), and subsequent months will be billed on the 29th.
- If you purchase a plan on January 30, billing for February will occur on the last day of the month (Feb. 28), and subsequent months will be billed on the 30th.
- If you purchase a plan on January 31, billing for February will occur on the last day of the month (Feb. 28), and for all following months on their final day (3/31, 4/30, 5/31, 6/30, etc.).
- Annual Plans: For example, if you purchase on February 29, 2024, your next billing date will be February 28, 2025.
If you cancel your GoSky AI Chatbot service within 30 days of placing an order, we do not offer refunds, and you must pay for the remaining 30 days of that billing period. If you cancel after 30 days or at any other time before your current plan period ends, you must still pay for the remainder of that billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be provided.If you no longer wish to continue with an advanced plan, please go to Settings and cancel your plan to stop billing after the current cycle.
Yes. Your plan is activated as soon as your purchase is complete, and your trial plan will switch over to a paid plan right away.
Due to Meta's data access restrictions, users must actively respond at least once in Instagram DMs and consent to share their data with third parties before we can view their names, profile pictures, and other information in the customer list. We recommend encouraging users to send messages during your DM interactions to obtain more comprehensive user data!
